Gender in Program Design and Implementation Workshop

This workshop focuses on the practicalities of HOW and WHY to integrate gender into programs (and HOW to convince donors that this will improve program outcomes). The objectives of the workshop are: By the end of the workshop, technical design leads, proposal managers, writers and program staff will be able to: Describe how gender considerations impact their program outcomes: Understand the role of gender analysis to identify gender-related constraints and opportunities within programs: Integrate evidenced-based gender transformative interventions into proposals and program design and implementation: This workshop is geared towards staff involved in program design and implementation: proposal managers, program staff and technical design leads.
